We had leftover meatloaf. I sliced off a chunk for one of my favorite brunch dishes: loco moco.
Ground Beef and Ketchup
We were in the mood for some comfort food.
So, Mark made meatloaf for dinner. He found some inspiration (aka recipe) from the AllRecipes website.
He mashed up raw ground beef, onions, eggs and bread crumbs. I made the sauce with mustard, ketchup and brown sugar. We added leftover sausage slices from our Oakland bonfire.
An hour later, we enjoyed our meatloaf feast with reruns of Portlandia and Big Bang Theory.
Winter Cookout
We took advantage of sunny skies and 60-degree weather with our first grilling party in Daly City.
Mark was the party planner and grill master.
