I started off with a Limoncella Martini. Back in Italy, I couldn’t get enough of this sweet liquor. It was lovely to drink in a flavor that reminds me of our European adventure.
The bartender at Juls recommended this limoncella sorbet. Yum!

The ribs still taste yummy after a few days in the fridge. I added some cheesy taco rice to the leftovers from the Kansas Black Expo.
My hubby discovered fresh tilapia in Dillons. Yeah! I love watching the translucent fish meat turn opaque in the mix of citrus juices, onions and tomatoes. It’s wonderful as a meal or a snack, wrapped up in a tortilla.
I served this ceviche up with guacamole and salsa paella.
Our photog made another trip to the Copper Oven and brought back dessert. So rich, creamy and oh so bad for me.
