Saturday at Legends

We visited Legends, near the Kansas Speedway, for food, drinks and the Transformers.

I had the New Belgium Skinny Dip at the Yardhouse.

We started off with the Spicy Tuna. Our server said it was prepared in an “oshi” fashion.
According to Wikipedia:

Oshizushi (押寿, lit. pressed sushi). A block-shaped piece formed using a wooden mold, called an oshibako. The chef lines the bottom of the oshibako with the toppings, covers them with sushi rice, and then presses the lid of the mold down to create a compact, rectilinear block. The block is removed from the mold and then cut into bite-sized pieces.

For my main course, I ordered the Cuban Roast Pork.
