I figured I needed more dairy products in my life…since I’m less than a year away from 30.
So I picked up this Yoplait Light Smoothie. It packed about 90 calories.

I also made rice with saffron sauce, chicken, green beans, tofu and mushrooms.

Seafood Leftovers

I had plenty of ceviche from the weekend.
So I combined that with my lobster rice, re-heated in the microwave.
