We finally did some grocery shopping. So I cooked up some rice with cilantro sauce, peas, chicken and mushrooms. One of my favorite hot weather dishes.
Leftovers from Chicago
I microwaved the beef stroganoff and I added the fried mushrooms from Chicago Midway. Not bad for leftovers.
