Mom’s Fried Rice
I gave my wok a workout this week with all our fried rice dishes. My mom said she likes to make fried rice with soy sauce, patis and whatever meat toppings are available. I used Bocca veggie meat and shrimp. It came out a little salty…so I may skip the salt next time around.
