Cheese Tortellini
Once again, I get inspiration from this NY Times article on 101 Simple Meals. I cooked up prosciutto, olive oil, garlic and butter…and then I mixed it into the Tortellini with bread crumbs, chili flakes and tomato alfredo sauce.
Lunch at Pucks
From Pucks in Vacaville. I had the steak alfredo sandwich and Mark had a tasty calzone. We also split some pepperoni and sausage pucks.
