Camping Treat!


Our morning reporter made s’mores for the today’s show. So, I helped myself to the leftover s’more makings.


After microwaving the s’more for about 10 seconds, I added caramel sauce.


Later, we did a late dinner at Old Chicago’s. I ordered this fruit cocktail – with hints of coconut rum and vanilla

We finally did some grocery shopping. So I cooked up some rice with cilantro sauce, peas, chicken and mushrooms. One of my favorite hot weather dishes.
