One of my favorite rice dishes: Cuban Beans and Rice. This time, I added ground beef to my recipe.
Cheese Tortellini
Once again, I get inspiration from this NY Times article on 101 Simple Meals. I cooked up prosciutto, olive oil, garlic and butter…and then I mixed it into the Tortellini with bread crumbs, chili flakes and tomato alfredo sauce.
