I took the lemongrass rice mix and stir-fried it in my wok. Then I added a fried egg. Yum!

I tried the Mussels and Chorizo and from El Reyes. I wasn’t used to all that lettuce and it left me wanting more broth.

I whipped up a rice dish with a lemongrass curry from the Nugget. I also tossed in peas, diced tomatoes and chicken

I also mixed in the chicken flavor powder and Dijon mustard
