A lot of work goes into frying up the bacon and egg, but I think it’s worth it.
Stir-fry with a Fried Egg
I took the lemongrass rice mix and stir-fried it in my wok. Then I added a fried egg. Yum!

We spent a Sunday in Novato and we tried out this Irish Pub and Brewery. We started with a Tuscan Plate of roasted garlic, feta cheese, olives and a tomato bruschetta.
For lunch, I had the Irish Stew with lamb shanks.
