Carne Asada and Carnitas tacos from Favela’s in Vacaville. Meat, tortillas and a touch of cilantro make a tasty taco. Yum!

Another tasty dish from from a NY Time’s list of 101 simple recipes. I ended up using bacon instead of prosciutto. Still turned out tasty.
