I covered a Saturday night shift so one producer could take a vacation. We did lunch at O’Dooleys before work. And my digital camera ran out of batteries, so these are screen captures from my Flip Camera.
We had these yummy fried mac and cheese bites with ranch sauce.
Then I ordered the philly steak wrap with fries.
Mark felt inspired to cook something from scratch. So he made chicken parmesan with rice and grilled asparagus.
Very tasty and filling.
For lunch, I made a grilled cheese sandwich on sourdough.
For dinner, Mark and Daisy dropped by work….they delivered some Chicken Alfredo from Jason’s Deli.
After technology crashed my show, I came home to some comfort food. Mark baked chocolate chip cookies and mixed margaritas.
