I used chopped up ham, chicken sausage with mushroom and chorizo for my next salsa paella dish. I also added canned white hominy and sliced mushrooms.
Brew It Up!
This is the beer sampler from Brew It Up! We tried out the prix fixe 3-course dinner as part of Dine Downtown Sacramento. I tried the Oatmeal Stout, the Marzen, the Irish Amber and the Czech Pilsner. This is my first blog pix with my new enV phone. It looks damn good for 2 megapixels!
Angel Wings
We tried out 2K Thai after another yoga class. We started off with these tasty angel wings. They fried-up the chicken and stuffed it with minced pork, veggies and noodles. Yum!
